प॒रो मात्र॑या त॒न्वा॑ वृधान॒ न ते॑ महि॒त्वमन्व॑श्नुवन्ति । उ॒भे ते॑ विद्म॒ रज॑सी पृथि॒व्या विष्णो॑ देव॒ त्वं प॑र॒मस्य॑ वित्से
paro mātrayā tanvā vṛdhāna na te mahitvamanvaśnuvanti ubhe te vidma rajasī pṛthivyā viṣṇo deva tvaṃ paramasya vitse
With the supreme measure they grew and were not diminished in their greatness. We know you both, O mighty ones, the Rajas and the Earth; O Vishnu, you are the divine who penetrates the highest.

न ते॑ विष्णो॒ जाय॑मानो॒ न जा॒तो देव॑ महि॒म्नः पर॒मन्त॑माप । उद॑स्तभ्ना॒ नाक॑मृ॒ष्वं बृ॒हन्तं॑ दा॒धर्थ॒ प्राचीं॑ क॒कुभं॑ पृथि॒व्याः
na te viṣṇo jāyamāno na jāto deva mahimnaḥ paramantamāpa udastabhnā nākamṛṣvaṃ bṛhantaṃ dādhartha prācīṃ kakubhaṃ pṛthivyāḥ
Vishnu is not born nor arising; not born is the god from supreme greatness. He uplifted the lofty vault like a staff, spreading the eastern sky over the earth.

इरा॑वती धेनु॒मती॒ हि भू॒तं सू॑यव॒सिनी॒ मनु॑षे दश॒स्या । व्य॑स्तभ्ना॒ रोद॑सी विष्णवे॒ते दा॒धर्थ॑ पृथि॒वीम॒भितो॑ म॒यूखैः॑
irāvatī dhenumatī hi bhūtaṃ sūyavasinī manuṣe daśasyā vyastabhnā rodasī viṣṇavete dādhartha pṛthivīmabhito mayūkhaiḥ
The Iravati cow is mighty, indeed being a nourisher of creatures and sustaining men. With shining beams they elevated the eastern earth for Vishnu to receive the day.

उ॒रुं य॒ज्ञाय॑ चक्रथुरु लो॒कं ज॒नय॑न्ता॒ सूर्य॑मु॒षास॑म॒ग्निम् । दास॑स्य चिद्वृषशि॒प्रस्य॑ मा॒या ज॒घ्नथु॑र्नरा पृत॒नाज्ये॑षु
uruṃ yajñāya cakrathuru lokaṃ janayantā sūryamuṣāsamagnim dāsasya cidvṛṣaśiprasya māyā jaghnathurnarā pṛtanājyeṣu
They fashioned the wide world for the sacrifice, creating the sun and its fire. O men, do not overthrow the lord of the offering or the steers on the broad paths of oblation.

इन्द्रा॑विष्णू दृंहि॒ताः शम्ब॑रस्य॒ नव॒ पुरो॑ नव॒तिं च॑ श्नथिष्टम् । श॒तं व॒र्चिनः॑ स॒हस्रं॑ च सा॒कं ह॒थो अ॑प्र॒त्यसु॑रस्य वी॒रान्
indrāviṣṇū dṛṃhitāḥ śambarasya nava puro navatiṃ ca śnathiṣṭam śataṃ varcinaḥ sahasraṃ ca sākaṃ hatho apratyasurasya vīrān
Indra and Vishnu upheld the strong fortress of battle, the new city, the ninety-ninefold host that remained. A hundred powers and a thousand companions were with the hero who did not fail the asylum.

इ॒यं म॑नी॒षा बृ॑ह॒ती बृ॒हन्तो॑रुक्र॒मा त॒वसा॑ व॒र्धय॑न्ती । र॒रे वां॒ स्तोमं॑ वि॒दथे॑षु विष्णो॒ पिन्व॑त॒मिषो॑ वृ॒जने॑ष्विन्द्र
iyaṃ manīṣā bṛhatī bṛhantorukramā tavasā vardhayantī rare vāṃ stomaṃ vidatheṣu viṣṇo pinvatamiṣo vṛjaneṣvindra
This wisdom, great and enlarging, increasing by your power, moves in mighty sequence. May it bring forth a hymn for you among the peoples; O Vishnu, may it spread in the abundant hosts and in the realms.

वष॑ट् ते विष्णवा॒स आ कृ॑णोमि॒ तन्मे॑ जुषस्व शिपिविष्ट ह॒व्यम् । वर्ध॑न्तु त्वा सुष्टु॒तयो॒ गिरो॑ मे यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
vaṣaṭ te viṣṇavāsa ā kṛṇomi tanme juṣasva śipiviṣṭa havyam vardhantu tvā suṣṭutayo giro me yūyaṃ pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ
O Vishnu-dweller, I make this Vashat for you; be pleased with it, accept this offered oblation. May praises and good speeches increase you; protect us always with blessings.
