वष॑ट् ते विष्णवा॒स आ कृ॑णोमि॒ तन्मे॑ जुषस्व शिपिविष्ट ह॒व्यम् । वर्ध॑न्तु त्वा सुष्टु॒तयो॒ गिरो॑ मे यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
vaṣaṭ te viṣṇavāsa ā kṛṇomi tanme juṣasva śipiviṣṭa havyam vardhantu tvā suṣṭutayo giro me yūyaṃ pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ
O Vishnu-dweller, I make this Vashat for you; be pleased with it, accept this offered oblation. May praises and good speeches increase you; protect us always with blessings.
I offer, Viṣṇu, the oblation plural ced before you with the exclamation Vaṣa: be plural ased, Śipiviṣṭa, withmy offering; may my laudatory hymns magnify you; and do you (gods) ever cherish us with blessings.
O Visnu, unto thee my lips cry Vasat! Let this mine offering, Sipivista, please thee. May these my songs of eulogy exalt thee. Preserve us evermore, ye Gods, with blessings.
