प्र ता॒र्यायुः॑ प्रत॒रं नवी॑यः॒ स्थाता॑रेव॒ क्रतु॑मता॒ रथ॑स्य । अध॒ च्यवा॑न॒ उत्त॑वी॒त्यर्थं॑ परात॒रं सु निरृ॑तिर्जिहीताम्
pra tāryāyuḥ prataraṃ navīyaḥ sthātāreva kratumatā rathasya adha cyavāna uttavītyarthaṃ parātaraṃ su nirṛtirjihītām
May he who brings life, mover and renovator, establisher of the chariot, the doer of rites, protect us; may the lofty purifier drive away harm for us.

साम॒न्नु रा॒ये नि॑धि॒मन्न्वन्नं॒ करा॑महे॒ सु पु॑रु॒ध श्रवां॑सि । ता नो॒ विश्वा॑नि जरि॒ता म॑मत्तु परात॒रं सु निरृ॑तिर्जिहीताम्
sāmannu rāye nidhimannvannaṃ karāmahe su purudha śravāṃsi tā no viśvāni jaritā mamattu parātaraṃ su nirṛtirjihītām
We bring the Sama-offering, store and food, we make the rite; be thou our helper, O Lord, hear our prayer. May the strong purifier remove harm from us.

अ॒भी ष्व१॒॑र्यः पौंस्यै॑र्भवेम॒ द्यौर्न भूमिं॑ गि॒रयो॒ नाज्रा॑न् । ता नो॒ विश्वा॑नि जरि॒ता चि॑केत परात॒रं सु निरृ॑तिर्जिहीताम्
abhī ṣva1ryaḥ pauṃsyairbhavema dyaurna bhūmiṃ girayo nājrān tā no viśvāni jaritā ciketa parātaraṃ su nirṛtirjihītām
May we be glorious through the breaths of the pious; may heaven and earth and mountains not be barren. May the strong purifier remove harm from us and grant our wishes.

मो षु णः॑ सोम मृ॒त्यवे॒ परा॑ दाः॒ पश्ये॑म॒ नु सूर्य॑मु॒च्चर॑न्तम् । द्युभि॑र्हि॒तो ज॑रि॒मा सू नो॑ अस्तु परात॒रं सु निरृ॑तिर्जिहीताम्
mo ṣu ṇaḥ soma mṛtyave parā dāḥ paśyema nu sūryamuccarantam dyubhirhito jarimā sū no astu parātaraṃ su nirṛtirjihītām
O Soma, let us behold death’s guardians afar; may we see the sun ascending. May the radiant purifier be auspicious for us; may it be for our welfare.

असु॑नीते॒ मनो॑ अ॒स्मासु॑ धारय जी॒वात॑वे॒ सु प्र ति॑रा न॒ आयुः॑ । रा॒र॒न्धि नः॒ सूर्य॑स्य सं॒दृशि॑ घृ॒तेन॒ त्वं त॒न्वं॑ वर्धयस्व
asunīte mano asmāsu dhāraya jīvātave su pra tirā na āyuḥ rārandhi naḥ sūryasya saṃdṛśi ghṛtena tvaṃ tanvaṃ vardhayasva
Bring forth breath into us, uphold our minds; for the sake of life and return, grant us long life. O Sun, with thy clarified fat behold us; strengthen and make our bodies grow.

असु॑नीते॒ पुन॑र॒स्मासु॒ चक्षुः॒ पुनः॑ प्रा॒णमि॒ह नो॑ धेहि॒ भोग॑म् । ज्योक्प॑श्येम॒ सूर्य॑मु॒च्चर॑न्त॒मनु॑मते मृ॒ळया॑ नः स्व॒स्ति
asunīte punarasmāsu cakṣuḥ punaḥ prāṇamiha no dhehi bhogam jyokpaśyema sūryamuccarantamanumate mṛḷayā naḥ svasti
Bring again breath into us, bring back our sight and life here; grant us enjoyment. May we behold the sun ascending; may the kindly purifier give us prosperity and welfare.

पुन॑र्नो॒ असुं॑ पृथि॒वी द॑दातु॒ पुन॒र्द्यौर्दे॒वी पुन॑र॒न्तरि॑क्षम् । पुन॑र्नः॒ सोम॑स्त॒न्वं॑ ददातु॒ पुनः॑ पू॒षा प॒थ्यां॒३॒॑ या स्व॒स्तिः
punarno asuṃ pṛthivī dadātu punardyaurdevī punarantarikṣam punarnaḥ somastanvaṃ dadātu punaḥ pūṣā pathyāṃ3 yā svastiḥ
Again give us strength of earth, goddess of heaven, and the firmament between; again grant our Soma vigor and give us Pusha’s right path and welfare.

शं रोद॑सी सु॒बन्ध॑वे य॒ह्वी ऋ॒तस्य॑ मा॒तरा॑ । भर॑ता॒मप॒ यद्रपो॒ द्यौः पृ॑थिवि क्ष॒मा रपो॒ मो षु ते॒ किं च॒नाम॑मत्
śaṃ rodasī subandhave yahvī ṛtasya mātarā bharatāmapa yadrapo dyauḥ pṛthivi kṣamā rapo mo ṣu te kiṃ canāmamat
May the radiant dawn be the mother of order and the bond of truth. O brothers, what did the waters of heaven and earth and the streams bear to you in deed?

अव॑ द्व॒के अव॑ त्रि॒का दि॒वश्च॑रन्ति भेष॒जा । क्ष॒मा च॑रि॒ष्ण्वे॑क॒कं भर॑ता॒मप॒ यद्रपो॒ द्यौः पृ॑थिवि क्ष॒मा रपो॒ मो षु ते॒ किं च॒नाम॑मत्
ava dvake ava trikā divaścaranti bheṣajā kṣamā cariṣṇvekakaṃ bharatāmapa yadrapo dyauḥ pṛthivi kṣamā rapo mo ṣu te kiṃ canāmamat
There are two rivers, threefold, moving in the sky as healers. O forgive us, moving ones; what did the waters of heaven and earth and the streams grant you, brothers?

samindreraya gāmanaḍvāhaṃ ya āvahaduśīnarāṇyā anaḥ bharatāmapa yadrapo dyauḥ pṛthivi kṣamā rapo mo ṣu te kiṃ canāmamat
I lead the mare of rivers and goats, bringing forth what the hostile men drove afar. O brothers, what did the waters of heaven and earth and the streams grant you?
