व्यु१॒॑षा आ॑वो दिवि॒जा ऋ॒तेना॑विष्कृण्वा॒ना म॑हि॒मान॒मागा॑त् । अप॒ द्रुह॒स्तम॑ आव॒रजु॑ष्ट॒मङ्गि॑रस्तमा प॒थ्या॑ अजीगः
vyu1ṣā āvo divijā ṛtenāviṣkṛṇvānā mahimānamāgāt apa druhastama āvarajuṣṭamaṅgirastamā pathyā ajīgaḥ
Streams of the waters in heaven, poured forth, have unveiled the mighty glory; the one who drove away the hostile—Angiras cast him forth and set the course for the pathless ones.

म॒हे नो॑ अ॒द्य सु॑वि॒ताय॑ बो॒ध्युषो॑ म॒हे सौभ॑गाय॒ प्र य॑न्धि । चि॒त्रं र॒यिं य॒शसं॑ धेह्य॒स्मे देवि॒ मर्ते॑षु मानुषि श्रव॒स्युम्
mahe no adya suvitāya bodhyuṣo mahe saubhagāya pra yandhi citraṃ rayiṃ yaśasaṃ dhehyasme devi marteṣu mānuṣi śravasyum
May they make us this day known to the gods for well-being, for great prosperity and good fortune. Bestow a resplendent wealth, O goddess, among mortals and listening men.

ए॒ते त्ये भा॒नवो॑ दर्श॒ताया॑श्चि॒त्रा उ॒षसो॑ अ॒मृता॑स॒ आगुः॑ । ज॒नय॑न्तो॒ दैव्या॑नि व्र॒तान्या॑पृ॒णन्तो॑ अ॒न्तरि॑क्षा॒ व्य॑स्थुः
ete tye bhānavo darśatāyāścitrā uṣaso amṛtāsa āguḥ janayanto daivyāni vratānyāpṛṇanto antarikṣā vyasthuḥ
These radiant ones, offspring of the sun, and the wondrous dawns came like immortals. They produced divine rites and fulfilled vows, standing firm in mid-air.

ए॒षा स्या यु॑जा॒ना प॑रा॒कात्पञ्च॑ क्षि॒तीः परि॑ स॒द्यो जि॑गाति । अ॒भि॒पश्य॑न्ती व॒युना॒ जना॑नां दि॒वो दु॑हि॒ता भुव॑नस्य॒ पत्नी॑
eṣā syā yujānā parākātpañca kṣitīḥ pari sadyo jigāti abhipaśyantī vayunā janānāṃ divo duhitā bhuvanasya patnī
This great harnessing of the teams from above, the fivefold earth encircling, straightaway conquers. Observing with the wind, she who milks the heavens, spouse of the world, nourishes the peoples.

वा॒जिनी॑वती॒ सूर्य॑स्य॒ योषा॑ चि॒त्राम॑घा रा॒य ई॑शे॒ वसू॑नाम् । ऋषि॑ष्टुता ज॒रय॑न्ती म॒घोन्यु॒षा उ॑च्छति॒ वह्नि॑भिर्गृणा॒ना
vājinīvatī sūryasya yoṣā citrāmaghā rāya īśe vasūnām ṛṣiṣṭutā jarayantī maghonyuṣā ucchati vahnibhirgṛṇānā
The radiant maid of the sun, adorned and wondrous, rules the treasures. Exhausting old age, the shower of riches rises, as fires brightly roar among the tribes.

प्रति॑ द्युता॒नाम॑रु॒षासो॒ अश्वा॑श्चि॒त्रा अ॑दृश्रन्नु॒षसं॒ वह॑न्तः । याति॑ शु॒भ्रा वि॑श्व॒पिशा॒ रथे॑न॒ दधा॑ति॒ रत्नं॑ विध॒ते जना॑य
prati dyutānāmaruṣāso aśvāścitrā adṛśrannuṣasaṃ vahantaḥ yāti śubhrā viśvapiśā rathena dadhāti ratnaṃ vidhate janāya
Swift steeds of brilliant hue fly with flash and unseen sound, bearing the mortal. He reaches the bright ones with a world-wide chariot; he fastens the jewels and bestows them on men.

स॒त्या स॒त्येभि॑र्मह॒ती म॒हद्भि॑र्दे॒वी दे॒वेभि॑र्यज॒ता यज॑त्रैः । रु॒जद्दृ॒ळ्हानि॒ दद॑दु॒स्रिया॑णां॒ प्रति॒ गाव॑ उ॒षसं॑ वावशन्त
satyā satyebhirmahatī mahadbhirdevī devebhiryajatā yajatraiḥ rujaddṛḷhāni dadadusriyāṇāṃ prati gāva uṣasaṃ vāvaśanta
By truth, by very great truth, the goddess was born among the gods through ritual sacrificers. She gave strong milk to those swift herdsmen and brought the dawn to the cows.

नू नो॒ गोम॑द्वी॒रव॑द्धेहि॒ रत्न॒मुषो॒ अश्वा॑वत्पुरु॒भोजो॑ अ॒स्मे । मा नो॑ ब॒र्हिः पु॑रु॒षता॑ नि॒दे क॑र्यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
nū no gomadvīravaddhehi ratnamuṣo aśvāvatpurubhojo asme mā no barhiḥ puruṣatā nide karyūyaṃ pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ
Now, grant us increased heroic cattle and treasure; horses as of many pastures for our folk. Let not the ritual be scant; make it abundant with offerings—protect us always with auspiciousness.
