स॒त्या स॒त्येभि॑र्मह॒ती म॒हद्भि॑र्दे॒वी दे॒वेभि॑र्यज॒ता यज॑त्रैः । रु॒जद्दृ॒ळ्हानि॒ दद॑दु॒स्रिया॑णां॒ प्रति॒ गाव॑ उ॒षसं॑ वावशन्त
satyā satyebhirmahatī mahadbhirdevī devebhiryajatā yajatraiḥ rujaddṛḷhāni dadadusriyāṇāṃ prati gāva uṣasaṃ vāvaśanta
By truth, by very great truth, the goddess was born among the gods through ritual sacrificers. She gave strong milk to those swift herdsmen and brought the dawn to the cows.
True with the truthful, great with the great, divine with the deities, adorable with adorable, she dispersesthe solid (glooms), she displays (the pastures) of the cattle; all creatures, the cattle especially, are longing for theDawn.
True with the True and Mighty with the Mighty, with Gods a Goddess, Holy with the Holy, She brake strong fences down and gave the cattle: the kine were lowing as they greeted Morning.
