प्र ब्र॒ह्माणो॒ अङ्गि॑रसो नक्षन्त॒ प्र क्र॑न्द॒नुर्न॑भ॒न्य॑स्य वेतु । प्र धे॒नव॑ उद॒प्रुतो॑ नवन्त यु॒ज्याता॒मद्री॑ अध्व॒रस्य॒ पेशः॑
pra brahmāṇo aṅgiraso nakṣanta pra krandanurnabhanyasya vetu pra dhenava udapruto navanta yujyātāmadrī adhvarasya peśaḥ
Proclaim, O Agni, the Mighty One, Angirasa — may the cry scatter the vault of heaven. May the herds advance; may the new ones be yoked; the mountain's flank is the path of the charioteer.

सु॒गस्ते॑ अग्ने॒ सन॑वित्तो॒ अध्वा॑ यु॒क्ष्वा सु॒ते ह॒रितो॑ रो॒हित॑श्च । ये वा॒ सद्म॑न्नरु॒षा वी॑र॒वाहो॑ हु॒वे दे॒वानां॒ जनि॑मानि स॒त्तः
sugaste agne sanavitto adhvā yukṣvā sute harito rohitaśca ye vā sadmannaruṣā vīravāho huve devānāṃ janimāni sattaḥ
Excellent Agni, long-known, bind the path; offspring are swift, the golden and ruddy ones. Those who approach the sacrificial grass, heroic in might, call upon the gods — their births are steadfast.

समु॑ वो य॒ज्ञं म॑हय॒न्नमो॑भिः॒ प्र होता॑ म॒न्द्रो रि॑रिच उपा॒के । यज॑स्व॒ सु पु॑र्वणीक दे॒वाना य॒ज्ञिया॑म॒रम॑तिं ववृत्याः
samu vo yajñaṃ mahayannamobhiḥ pra hotā mandro ririca upāke yajasva su purvaṇīka devānā yajñiyāmaramatiṃ vavṛtyāḥ
Make our great sacrifice with offerings, invoking the priests and the slow-throated chanters. Perform the ancient rite of the gods; having opened the minds toward immortality, they idealize the sacrifice.

य॒दा वी॒रस्य॑ रे॒वतो॑ दुरो॒णे स्यो॑न॒शीरति॑थिरा॒चिके॑तत् । सुप्री॑तो अ॒ग्निः सुधि॑तो॒ दम॒ आ स वि॒शे दा॑ति॒ वार्य॒मिय॑त्यै
yadā vīrasya revato duroṇe syonaśīratithirāciketat suprīto agniḥ sudhito dama ā sa viśe dāti vāryamiyatyai
When the hero Revata stood on the high ridge, the strong-shelled one fixed his dwelling. Pleasing Agni, with bright mind, gave the bond and lent the waters for the offering.

इ॒मं नो॑ अग्ने अध्व॒रं जु॑षस्व म॒रुत्स्विन्द्रे॑ य॒शसं॑ कृधी नः । आ नक्ता॑ ब॒र्हिः स॑दतामु॒षासो॒शन्ता॑ मि॒त्रावरु॑णा यजे॒ह
imaṃ no agne adhvaraṃ juṣasva marutsvindre yaśasaṃ kṛdhī naḥ ā naktā barhiḥ sadatāmuṣāsośantā mitrāvaruṇā yajeha
O Agni, accept this path for us; with Maruts, Indra, give fame to our deeds. Bring to us the morning, the excellent dawns, Mitra and Varuṇa for worship.

ए॒वाग्निं स॑ह॒स्यं१॒॑ वसि॑ष्ठो रा॒यस्का॑मो वि॒श्वप्स्न्य॑स्य स्तौत् । इषं॑ र॒यिं प॑प्रथ॒द्वाज॑म॒स्मे यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
evāgniṃ sahasyaṃ1 vasiṣṭho rāyaskāmo viśvapsnyasya staut iṣaṃ rayiṃ paprathadvājamasme yūyaṃ pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ
Thus Agni, with boldness, Vasiṣṭha-desiring, praised for universal attainment. May he sit upon the royal wealth; protect us always with blessings.
