ति॒स्रो वाचः॒ प्र व॑द॒ ज्योति॑रग्रा॒ या ए॒तद्दु॒ह्रे म॑धुदो॒घमूधः॑ । स व॒त्सं कृ॒ण्वन्गर्भ॒मोष॑धीनां स॒द्यो जा॒तो वृ॑ष॒भो रो॑रवीति
tisro vācaḥ pra vada jyotiragrā yā etadduhre madhudoghamūdhaḥ sa vatsaṃ kṛṇvangarbhamoṣadhīnāṃ sadyo jāto vṛṣabho roravīti
Threefold was the word spoken—light foremost—this milk and curd and whey flowed. He made the calf, the womb of herbs; instantly born the bull lowed and roared.

यो वर्ध॑न॒ ओष॑धीनां॒ यो अ॒पां यो विश्व॑स्य॒ जग॑तो दे॒व ईशे॑ । स त्रि॒धातु॑ शर॒णं शर्म॑ यंसत्त्रि॒वर्तु॒ ज्योतिः॑ स्वभि॒ष्ट्य१॒॑स्मे
yo vardhana oṣadhīnāṃ yo apāṃ yo viśvasya jagato deva īśe sa tridhātu śaraṇaṃ śarma yaṃsattrivartu jyotiḥ svabhiṣṭya1sme
He who increases the herbs, who is the waters and ruler of the world, he is the god to be adored. He who grants threefold refuge—glory to him—may the light of fulfillment shine for me.

स्त॒रीरु॑ त्व॒द्भव॑ति॒ सूत॑ उ त्वद्यथाव॒शं त॒न्वं॑ चक्र ए॒षः । पि॒तुः पयः॒ प्रति॑ गृभ्णाति मा॒ता तेन॑ पि॒ता व॑र्धते॒ तेन॑ पु॒त्रः
starīru tvadbhavati sūta u tvadyathāvaśaṃ tanvaṃ cakra eṣaḥ pituḥ payaḥ prati gṛbhṇāti mātā tena pitā vardhate tena putraḥ
The body becomes yours; the thread becomes yours as ordained; the father grasps milk, the mother by that the father grows; thereby the son increases.

यस्मि॒न्विश्वा॑नि॒ भुव॑नानि त॒स्थुस्ति॒स्रो द्याव॑स्त्रे॒धा स॒स्रुरापः॑ । त्रयः॒ कोशा॑स उप॒सेच॑नासो॒ मध्वः॑ श्चोतन्त्य॒भितो॑ विर॒प्शम्
yasminviśvāni bhuvanāni tasthustisro dyāvastredhā sasrurāpaḥ trayaḥ kośāsa upasecanāso madhvaḥ ścotantyabhito virapśam
In whom all worlds stand—these three, heaven, mid-air, and waters—streams sprang forth. Three chambers pour honey; around them the milking flows and spreads sweet soma.

इ॒दं वचः॑ प॒र्जन्या॑य स्व॒राजे॑ हृ॒दो अ॒स्त्वन्त॑रं॒ तज्जु॑जोषत् । म॒यो॒भुवो॑ वृ॒ष्टयः॑ सन्त्व॒स्मे सु॑पिप्प॒ला ओष॑धीर्दे॒वगो॑पाः
idaṃ vacaḥ parjanyāya svarāje hṛdo astvantaraṃ tajjujoṣat mayobhuvo vṛṣṭayaḥ santvasme supippalā oṣadhīrdevagopāḥ
This speech for Progeny in its own rule, may it dwell in the heart and there perform its rite. May the rains of the world bless us; medicinal plants be bountiful—gods be our protectors.
Rigveda 7.101.06

स रे॑तो॒धा वृ॑ष॒भः शश्व॑तीनां॒ तस्मि॑न्ना॒त्मा जग॑तस्त॒स्थुष॑श्च । तन्म॑ ऋ॒तं पा॑तु श॒तशा॑रदाय यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
sa retodhā vṛṣabhaḥ śaśvatīnāṃ tasminnātmā jagatastasthuṣaśca tanma ṛtaṃ pātu śataśāradāya yūyaṃ pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ
This seed-born bull is the sustainer of beings; in that life the world stood firm. May he protect the cosmic order; hundredfold and with autumnal bounty, protect us always with blessings.
