Rigveda · Chapter Mandala 7, Sukta 100 · Verse 7.100.1
nū marto dayate saniṣyanyo viṣṇava urugāyāya dāśat pra yaḥ satrācā manasā yajāta etāvantaṃ naryamāvivāsāt
No mortal gives pity like him; another Vishnu bestowed many days for long life. He who, with mind intent, followed the vow of the opponent—thus did he take to dwelling among men.

tvaṃ viṣṇo sumatiṃ viśvajanyāmaprayutāmevayāvo matiṃ dāḥ parco yathā naḥ suvitasya bhūreraśvāvataḥ puruścandrasya rāyaḥ
You, Vishnu, grant good thought; may all people not turn it aside—give your mind to the herds as when the ample steeds of Puruṣa Chandra spread the dominion.

trirdevaḥ pṛthivīmeṣa etāṃ vi cakrame śatarcasaṃ mahitvā pra viṣṇurastu tavasastavīyāntveṣaṃ hyasya sthavirasya nāma
Three gods measured this earth and set it in its course, greatly counting a hundred-fold. May your and Tvashta’s names be for this mighty, venerable one—the great one’s praise.

Rigveda · Chapter Mandala 7, Sukta 100 · Verse 7.100.4
vi cakrame pṛthivīmeṣa etāṃ kṣetrāya viṣṇurmanuṣe daśasyan dhruvāso asya kīrayo janāsa urukṣitiṃ sujanimā cakāra
Thus they measured this earth for the realm of men; Vishnu set it, making the tenfold. Its fame became lasting; people and folk he established for firm prosperity and noble sons.

pra tatte adya śipiviṣṭa nāmāryaḥ śaṃsāmi vayunāni vidvān taṃ tvā gṛṇāmi tavasamatavyānkṣayantamasya rajasaḥ parāke
Therefore now, named king and seated, I praise you, O Arya, a knower praised by Vayu. I call you Tvashtamatavya, one who consumes the stain of this foe.

kimitte viṣṇo paricakṣyaṃ bhūtpra yadvavakṣe śipiviṣṭo asmi mā varpo asmadapa gūha etadyadanyarūpaḥ samithe babhūtha
What then, Vishnu, shall I declare about what has been born? I have accepted this seat. Do not cast me from our cave if another shape arises like this to be.
