अन॑स्वन्ता॒ सत्प॑तिर्मामहे मे॒ गावा॒ चेति॑ष्ठो॒ असु॑रो म॒घोनः॑ । त्रै॒वृ॒ष्णो अ॑ग्ने द॒शभिः॑ स॒हस्रै॒र्वैश्वा॑नर॒ त्र्य॑रुणश्चिकेत
anasvantā satpatirmāmahe me gāvā cetiṣṭho asuro maghonaḥ traivṛṣṇo agne daśabhiḥ sahasrairvaiśvānara tryaruṇaściketa
O righteous lord, protect us with cattle and strength; Agni, the threefold powerful, with tens and thousands, Vaishvanara, and youthful Tṛyaruṇa, stand with us.

यो मे॑ श॒ता च॑ विंश॒तिं च॒ गोनां॒ हरी॑ च यु॒क्ता सु॒धुरा॒ ददा॑ति । वैश्वा॑नर॒ सुष्टु॑तो वावृधा॒नोऽग्ने॒ यच्छ॒ त्र्य॑रुणाय॒ शर्म॑
yo me śatā ca viṃśatiṃ ca gonāṃ harī ca yuktā sudhurā dadāti vaiśvānara suṣṭuto vāvṛdhāno'gne yaccha tryaruṇāya śarma
Who gives me hundreds and twenties of cattle, the swift steeds and strong gifts—Vaishvanara, praised and abundant—Agni, grant delight to the youthful Tṛyaruṇa.

ए॒वा ते॑ अग्ने सुम॒तिं च॑का॒नो नवि॑ष्ठाय नव॒मं त्र॒सद॑स्युः । यो मे॒ गिर॑स्तुविजा॒तस्य॑ पू॒र्वीर्यु॒क्तेना॒भि त्र्य॑रुणो गृ॒णाति॑
evā te agne sumatiṃ cakāno naviṣṭhāya navamaṃ trasadasyuḥ yo me girastuvijātasya pūrvīryuktenābhi tryaruṇo gṛṇāti
Thus, Agni, establish good counsel; newly adorned they performed the vow and trembled not. The praise of the man born of speech, with heroic force, Tṛyaruṇa sings to thee.

यो म॒ इति॑ प्र॒वोच॒त्यश्व॑मेधाय सू॒रये॑ । दद॑दृ॒चा स॒निं य॒ते दद॑न्मे॒धामृ॑ताय॒ते
yo ma iti pravocatyaśvamedhāya sūraye dadadṛcā saniṃ yate dadanmedhāmṛtāyate
He who proclaims me for the horse-sacrifice among the brave, he bestowed the boon and the fire; grant me the immortal meath and the prize.

यस्य॑ मा परु॒षाः श॒तमु॑द्ध॒र्षय॑न्त्यु॒क्षणः॑ । अश्व॑मेधस्य॒ दानाः॒ सोमा॑ इव॒ त्र्या॑शिरः
yasya mā paruṣāḥ śatamuddharṣayantyukṣaṇaḥ aśvamedhasya dānāḥ somā iva tryāśiraḥ
Whose sons do not harshly raise a hundredfold wrath in an hour; the gifts of the horse-sacrifice are like Soma, threefold crowned.

इन्द्रा॑ग्नी शत॒दाव्न्यश्व॑मेधे सु॒वीर्य॑म् । क्ष॒त्रं धा॑रयतं बृ॒हद्दि॒वि सूर्य॑मिवा॒जर॑म्
indrāgnī śatadāvnyaśvamedhe suvīryam kṣatraṃ dhārayataṃ bṛhaddivi sūryamivājaram
Indra and Agni, a hundredfold in the horse-sacrifice, bestow heroism; they hold the realm like the great sky, like the sun and the thunderbolt.
