अ॒भी न॑वन्ते अ॒द्रुहः॑ प्रि॒यमिन्द्र॑स्य॒ काम्य॑म् । व॒त्सं न पूर्व॒ आयु॑नि जा॒तं रि॑हन्ति मा॒तरः॑
abhī navante adruhaḥ priyamindrasya kāmyam vatsaṃ na pūrva āyuni jātaṃ rihanti mātaraḥ
New-born calves bound, desired by Indra’s love; mothers do not grieve for a calf born before its time in life.

पु॒ना॒न इ॑न्द॒वा भ॑र॒ सोम॑ द्वि॒बर्ह॑सं र॒यिम् । त्वं वसू॑नि पुष्यसि॒ विश्वा॑नि दा॒शुषो॑ गृ॒हे
punāna indavā bhara soma dvibarhasaṃ rayim tvaṃ vasūni puṣyasi viśvāni dāśuṣo gṛhe
Again, O Indra, you bear Soma with double praise and bring wealth. You bestow all homes with riches and the tenfold in the house.

त्वं धियं॑ मनो॒युजं॑ सृ॒जा वृ॒ष्टिं न त॑न्य॒तुः । त्वं वसू॑नि॒ पार्थि॑वा दि॒व्या च॑ सोम पुष्यसि
tvaṃ dhiyaṃ manoyujaṃ sṛjā vṛṣṭiṃ na tanyatuḥ tvaṃ vasūni pārthivā divyā ca soma puṣyasi
You, joining thought and mind, create rain for none other; you, terrestrial and divine, Soma, sustain the prosperous ones.

परि॑ ते जि॒ग्युषो॑ यथा॒ धारा॑ सु॒तस्य॑ धावति । रंह॑माणा॒ व्य१॒॑व्ययं॒ वारं॑ वा॒जीव॑ सान॒सिः
pari te jigyuṣo yathā dhārā sutasya dhāvati raṃhamāṇā vya1vyayaṃ vāraṃ vājīva sānasiḥ
About you the eager one, as the stream of the chariot runs: pouring, unobstructed, the flood or the life of the herd goes forth.

क्रत्वे॒ दक्षा॑य नः कवे॒ पव॑स्व सोम॒ धार॑या । इन्द्रा॑य॒ पात॑वे सु॒तो मि॒त्राय॒ वरु॑णाय च
kratve dakṣāya naḥ kave pavasva soma dhārayā indrāya pātave suto mitrāya varuṇāya ca
Do, O skilled one, for us the rite of sacred Soma with the bearing of offerings; to Indra the son, to Mitra, to Varuṇa.

पव॑स्व वाज॒सात॑मः प॒वित्रे॒ धार॑या सु॒तः । इन्द्रा॑य सोम॒ विष्ण॑वे दे॒वेभ्यो॒ मधु॑मत्तमः
pavasva vājasātamaḥ pavitre dhārayā sutaḥ indrāya soma viṣṇave devebhyo madhumattamaḥ
The sacred power of the voice, the holy bearing, the son to Indra, Soma to Viṣṇu—from the gods the sweetest (wealth) is obtained.

त्वां रि॑हन्ति मा॒तरो॒ हरिं॑ प॒वित्रे॑ अ॒द्रुहः॑ । व॒त्सं जा॒तं न धे॒नवः॒ पव॑मान॒ विध॑र्मणि
tvāṃ rihanti mātaro hariṃ pavitre adruhaḥ vatsaṃ jātaṃ na dhenavaḥ pavamāna vidharmaṇi
Mothers carry you, the holy Hari, upward; they bore the born calf, the purifying one, in ritual works.

पव॑मान॒ महि॒ श्रव॑श्चि॒त्रेभि॑र्यासि र॒श्मिभिः॑ । शर्ध॒न्तमां॑सि जिघ्नसे॒ विश्वा॑नि दा॒शुषो॑ गृ॒हे
pavamāna mahi śravaścitrebhiryāsi raśmibhiḥ śardhantamāṃsi jighnase viśvāni dāśuṣo gṛhe
Purifying one, you shine upon the earth with wondrous rays; you, killing the obstructing flesh, conquer all the hostile ones in the house.

त्वं द्यां च॑ महिव्रत पृथि॒वीं चाति॑ जभ्रिषे । प्रति॑ द्रा॒पिम॑मुञ्चथाः॒ पव॑मान महित्व॒ना
tvaṃ dyāṃ ca mahivrata pṛthivīṃ cāti jabhriṣe prati drāpimamuñcathāḥ pavamāna mahitvanā
You pierce the sky and the mighty earth; thus release the purifying streams; O Purifier, by your greatness.
