kadu priyāya dhāmne manāmahe svakṣatrāya svayaśase mahe vayam āmenyasya rajaso yadabhra ām̐ apo vṛṇānā vitanoti māyinī

When shall we delight the beloved home, the mind for the protector of his own realm, O mighty ones? The waters which remove his dust — the bringer spreads the splendor of his rays.
