क्षेत्र॑स्य॒ पति॑ना व॒यं हि॒तेने॑व जयामसि । गामश्वं॑ पोषयि॒त्न्वा स नो॑ मृळाती॒दृशे॑
kṣetrasya patinā vayaṃ hiteneva jayāmasi gāmaśvaṃ poṣayitnvā sa no mṛḷātīdṛśe
With the master of the field as our protector we indeed conquered for good. Nourish our cows and horses; may he praise us in such ways.

क्षेत्र॑स्य पते॒ मधु॑मन्तमू॒र्मिं धे॒नुरि॑व॒ पयो॑ अ॒स्मासु॑ धुक्ष्व । म॒धु॒श्चुतं॑ घृ॒तमि॑व॒ सुपू॑तमृ॒तस्य॑ नः॒ पत॑यो मृळयन्तु
kṣetrasya pate madhumantamūrmiṃ dhenuriva payo asmāsu dhukṣva madhuścutaṃ ghṛtamiva supūtamṛtasya naḥ patayo mṛḷayantu
Lord of the field, make our milky cow like a flowing stream of sweet butter; let sweetness, clarified butter, and pure nectar bless our husbands and make them praise.

मधु॑मती॒रोष॑धी॒र्द्याव॒ आपो॒ मधु॑मन्नो भवत्व॒न्तरि॑क्षम् । क्षेत्र॑स्य॒ पति॒र्मधु॑मान्नो अ॒स्त्वरि॑ष्यन्तो॒ अन्वे॑नं चरेम
madhumatīroṣadhīrdyāva āpo madhumanno bhavatvantarikṣam kṣetrasya patirmadhumānno astvariṣyanto anvenaṃ carema
Sweet-bearing herbs, heavens and waters, become sweet food for the atmosphere. May the lord of the field, bearing sweet food, come forth and guide us onward.

शु॒नं वा॒हाः शु॒नं नरः॑ शु॒नं कृ॑षतु॒ लाङ्ग॑लम् । शु॒नं व॑र॒त्रा ब॑ध्यन्तां शु॒नमष्ट्रा॒मुदि॑ङ्गय
śunaṃ vāhāḥ śunaṃ naraḥ śunaṃ kṛṣatu lāṅgalam śunaṃ varatrā badhyantāṃ śunamaṣṭrāmudiṅgaya
Be auspicious, O oxen, be auspicious, O men, plough with the plough. Let the brave be bound; let the yoked horses pull and trample.

शुना॑सीरावि॒मां वाचं॑ जुषेथां॒ यद्दि॒वि च॒क्रथुः॒ पयः॑ । तेने॒मामुप॑ सिञ्चतम्
śunāsīrāvimāṃ vācaṃ juṣethāṃ yaddivi cakrathuḥ payaḥ tenemāmupa siñcatam
May you sprinkle this speech like nectar which the heavens churned as water. Let them pour it upon us.

अ॒र्वाची॑ सुभगे भव॒ सीते॒ वन्दा॑महे त्वा । यथा॑ नः सु॒भगास॑सि॒ यथा॑ नः सु॒फलास॑सि
arvācī subhage bhava sīte vandāmahe tvā yathā naḥ subhagāsasi yathā naḥ suphalāsasi
O Arvācī, be auspicious, blessed one of Sitā; we venerate you—be gracious to us as you are fortunate and fruitful for us.

इन्द्रः॒ सीतां॒ नि गृ॑ह्णातु॒ तां पू॒षानु॑ यच्छतु । सा नः॒ पय॑स्वती दुहा॒मुत्त॑रामुत्तरां॒ समा॑म्
indraḥ sītāṃ ni gṛhṇātu tāṃ pūṣānu yacchatu sā naḥ payasvatī duhāmuttarāmuttarāṃ samām
May Indra take Sitā and let Pūṣan grant her what he will. May she be abundant in milk for us, yielding rich udder, the best among the best.

शु॒नं नः॒ फाला॒ वि कृ॑षन्तु॒ भूमिं॑ शु॒नं की॒नाशा॑ अ॒भि य॑न्तु वा॒हैः । शु॒नं प॒र्जन्यो॒ मधु॑ना॒ पयो॑भिः॒ शुना॑सीरा शु॒नम॒स्मासु॑ धत्तम्
śunaṃ naḥ phālā vi kṛṣantu bhūmiṃ śunaṃ kīnāśā abhi yantu vāhaiḥ śunaṃ parjanyo madhunā payobhiḥ śunāsīrā śunamasmāsu dhattam
Let the oxen render the fruitful earth fertile; let the needy come with ploughs and teams. Let the rains bring sweet waters and milky streams; let the oxen give us butter and milk.
