अ॒यं सो अ॒ग्निर्यस्मि॒न्सोम॒मिन्द्रः॑ सु॒तं द॒धे ज॒ठरे॑ वावशा॒नः । स॒ह॒स्रिणं॒ वाज॒मत्यं॒ न सप्तिं॑ सस॒वान्सन्स्तू॑यसे जातवेदः
ayaṃ so agniryasminsomamindraḥ sutaṃ dadhe jaṭhare vāvaśānaḥ sahasriṇaṃ vājamatyaṃ na saptiṃ sasavānsanstūyase jātavedaḥ
This Agni in whom Indra mixed the Soma, who placed the juice in the belly of the press—Jatavedas, you are lauded a thousandfold in our wealth; you are praised with sevenfold songs.

अग्ने॒ यत्ते॑ दि॒वि वर्चः॑ पृथि॒व्यां यदोष॑धीष्व॒प्स्वा य॑जत्र । येना॒न्तरि॑क्षमु॒र्वा॑त॒तन्थ॑ त्वे॒षः स भा॒नुर॑र्ण॒वो नृ॒चक्षाः॑
agne yatte divi varcaḥ pṛthivyāṃ yadoṣadhīṣvapsvā yajatra yenāntarikṣamurvātatantha tveṣaḥ sa bhānurarṇavo nṛcakṣāḥ
Agni, what splendor is yours in the sky, on earth, in plants, in waters—by which the mid-air and the sea shine: you are that radiant eye of men.

अग्ने॑ दि॒वो अर्ण॒मच्छा॑ जिगा॒स्यच्छा॑ दे॒वाँ ऊ॑चिषे॒ धिष्ण्या॒ ये । या रो॑च॒ने प॒रस्ता॒त्सूर्य॑स्य॒ याश्चा॒वस्ता॑दुप॒तिष्ठ॑न्त॒ आपः॑
agne divo arṇamacchā jigāsyacchā devām̐ ūciṣe dhiṣṇyā ye yā rocane parastātsūryasya yāścāvastādupatiṣṭhanta āpaḥ
Agni, you have desired the wide realms of heaven and the sea; you call the gods with earnestness. The waters that stand nearest to the sun and those that abide below—these you ordain.

पु॒री॒ष्या॑सो अ॒ग्नयः॑ प्राव॒णेभिः॑ स॒जोष॑सः । जु॒षन्तां॑ य॒ज्ञम॒द्रुहो॑ऽनमी॒वा इषो॑ म॒हीः
purīṣyāso agnayaḥ prāvaṇebhiḥ sajoṣasaḥ juṣantāṃ yajñamadruho'namīvā iṣo mahīḥ
With breath and mutual help the Agnis are the powers of the libations; may they drink the sacrifice as the mountains drink the rain—may the earth rejoice.

इळा॑मग्ने पुरु॒दंसं॑ स॒निं गोः श॑श्वत्त॒मं हव॑मानाय साध । स्यान्नः॑ सू॒नुस्तन॑यो वि॒जावाग्ने॒ सा ते॑ सुम॒तिर्भू॑त्व॒स्मे
iḷāmagne purudaṃsaṃ saniṃ goḥ śaśvattamaṃ havamānāya sādha syānnaḥ sūnustanayo vijāvāgne sā te sumatirbhūtvasme
Agni, bring Ilā, the cattle-man, the abundant herds into the place of offering; may our sons be prospered by thee—may good thought be thine toward us.
