agne yatte divi varcaḥ pṛthivyāṃ yadoṣadhīṣvapsvā yajatra yenāntarikṣamurvātatantha tveṣaḥ sa bhānurarṇavo nṛcakṣāḥ
Agni, what splendor is yours in the sky, on earth, in plants, in waters—by which the mid-air and the sea shine: you are that radiant eye of men.
Adorable Agni, your radiance that is in the heaven, on the earth, in the plural nts, in the waters and wherewith you overspread the firmament, that is shining and resplendent, overlooking man (vast as) the ocean.
That light of thine in heaven and earth, O Agni, in plants, O Holy One, and in the waters, Wherewith thou hast spread wide the air's mid-region-bright is that splendour, wavy, man-beholding.
