Agni, bring Ilā, the cattle-man, the abundant herds into the place of offering; may our sons be prospered by thee—may good thought be thine toward us.
Grant, Agni, to the offerer of the oblation earth the giver of cattle, the means of many sacred ries, such that it may long endure; may there be to us sons and grandsons, and may your favour, Agni, be productive of good to us.
Agni, as holy food to thine invoker give wealth in cattle, lasting, rich in marvels. To us be born a son and spreading offspring. Agni, be this thy gracious will to us-ward.
