वायो॑ शु॒क्रो अ॑यामि ते॒ मध्वो॒ अग्रं॒ दिवि॑ष्टिषु । आ या॑हि॒ सोम॑पीतये स्पा॒र्हो दे॑व नि॒युत्व॑ता
vāyo śukro ayāmi te madhvo agraṃ diviṣṭiṣu ā yāhi somapītaye spārho deva niyutvatā
Vayu, I am thy bright one, the mead at the front in the heavens; come hither for soma-drinking, O traveller appointed by the gods.

इन्द्र॑श्च वायवेषां॒ सोमा॑नां पी॒तिम॑र्हथः । यु॒वां हि यन्तीन्द॑वो नि॒म्नमापो॒ न स॒ध्र्य॑क्
indraśca vāyaveṣāṃ somānāṃ pītimarhathaḥ yuvāṃ hi yantīndavo nimnamāpo na sadhryak
Indra and the winds merit the drinking of somas; the rivers go downwards—do not be restrained.

वाय॒विन्द्र॑श्च शु॒ष्मिणा॑ स॒रथं॑ शवसस्पती । नि॒युत्व॑न्ता न ऊ॒तय॒ आ या॑तं॒ सोम॑पीतये
vāyavindraśca śuṣmiṇā sarathaṃ śavasaspatī niyutvantā na ūtaya ā yātaṃ somapītaye
Vayu and Indra, with gentle course, the charioteer and lord of beasts: they have been appointed—come hither for soma-drinking.

या वां॒ सन्ति॑ पुरु॒स्पृहो॑ नि॒युतो॑ दा॒शुषे॑ नरा । अ॒स्मे ता य॑ज्ञवाह॒सेन्द्र॑वायू॒ नि य॑च्छतम्
yā vāṃ santi puruspṛho niyuto dāśuṣe narā asme tā yajñavāhasendravāyū ni yacchatam
Those who are desirous of men have been placed as wardens in the tenfold; O Indra-Vayu, grant them to us as bearers of the sacrifice.
