Vayu, I am thy bright one, the mead at the front in the heavens; come hither for soma-drinking, O traveller appointed by the gods.

Purified (by holy acts) I bring to you, Vāyu, the Soma, first (offered to you at sacrifices) that seek to gain heaven; deity, who are ever longed over, come with your Niyut steeds to drink the Soma juice.

Vayu, the bright is offered thee, best of the meath at holy rites. Come thou to drink the Soma juice, God, longed-for, on thy team-drawn car.
