ब्रह्म॑णा॒ग्निः सं॑विदा॒नो र॑क्षो॒हा बा॑धतामि॒तः । अमी॑वा॒ यस्ते॒ गर्भं॑ दु॒र्णामा॒ योनि॑मा॒शये॑
brahmaṇāgniḥ saṃvidāno rakṣohā bādhatāmitaḥ amīvā yaste garbhaṃ durṇāmā yonimāśaye
Fire born of Brahman, I have set up the conscious guardian here; like a mother he watches thy womb and birth-place within the belly.

यस्ते॒ गर्भ॒ममी॑वा दु॒र्णामा॒ योनि॑मा॒शये॑ । अ॒ग्निष्टं ब्रह्म॑णा स॒ह निष्क्र॒व्याद॑मनीनशत्
yaste garbhamamīvā durṇāmā yonimāśaye agniṣṭaṃ brahmaṇā saha niṣkravyādamanīnaśat
Whoever treats thy womb like a mother, like the birth-place in the belly; Agni, together with Brahman goes forth unobstructed, without fault.

यस्ते॒ हन्ति॑ प॒तय॑न्तं निष॒त्स्नुं यः स॑रीसृ॒पम् । जा॒तं यस्ते॒ जिघां॑सति॒ तमि॒तो ना॑शयामसि
yaste hanti patayantaṃ niṣatsnuṃ yaḥ sarīsṛpam jātaṃ yaste jighāṃsati tamito nāśayāmasi
Whoever kills thy winners, who strikes down serpent or creeping thing — I destroy that grasper who sought to kill thy offspring.

यस्त॑ ऊ॒रू वि॒हर॑त्यन्त॒रा दम्प॑ती॒ शये॑ । योनिं॒ यो अ॒न्तरा॒रेळ्हि॒ तमि॒तो ना॑शयामसि
yasta ūrū viharatyantarā dampatī śaye yoniṃ yo antarāreḷhi tamito nāśayāmasi
Whoever lets the thigh wander between the pair on the bed, whoever thrusts the womb between them — I destroy that grasper who sought to kill thy offspring.

yastvā bhrātā patirbhūtvā jāro bhūtvā nipadyate prajāṃ yaste jighāṃsati tamito nāśayāmasi
Whoever, brother or husband, growing old, falls away; whoever desires to slay thy progeny — I destroy that grasper who sought to kill thy offspring.

yastvā svapnena tamasā mohayitvā nipadyate prajāṃ yaste jighāṃsati tamito nāśayāmasi
Whoever deludes thee in sleep with darkness and illusion and falls upon thee — whoever desires to slay thy progeny — I destroy that grasper who sought to kill thy offspring.
