उ॒त दे॑वा॒ अव॑हितं॒ देवा॒ उन्न॑यथा॒ पुनः॑ । उ॒ताग॑श्च॒क्रुषं॑ देवा॒ देवा॑ जी॒वय॑था॒ पुनः॑
uta devā avahitaṃ devā unnayathā punaḥ utāgaścakruṣaṃ devā devā jīvayathā punaḥ
Whether the gods ordained or the gods raised again — whether they took away or revived the gods — they gave life again.

द्वावि॒मौ वातौ॑ वात॒ आ सिन्धो॒रा प॑रा॒वतः॑ । दक्षं॑ ते अ॒न्य आ वा॑तु॒ परा॒न्यो वा॑तु॒ यद्रपः॑
dvāvimau vātau vāta ā sindhorā parāvataḥ dakṣaṃ te anya ā vātu parānyo vātu yadrapaḥ
Two winds are the winds: one this, one yonder from the floods. Be thou skillful, whether this be the inner wind or the outer wind that is moisture.

आ वा॑त वाहि भेष॒जं वि वा॑त वाहि॒ यद्रपः॑ । त्वं हि वि॒श्वभे॑षजो दे॒वानां॑ दू॒त ईय॑से
ā vāta vāhi bheṣajaṃ vi vāta vāhi yadrapaḥ tvaṃ hi viśvabheṣajo devānāṃ dūta īyase
Bring the healing wind, bring the moistening wind. You indeed are the universal healer, messenger of the gods; come hither.

आ त्वा॑गमं॒ शंता॑तिभि॒रथो॑ अरि॒ष्टता॑तिभिः । दक्षं॑ ते भ॒द्रमाभा॑र्षं॒ परा॒ यक्ष्मं॑ सुवामि ते
ā tvāgamaṃ śaṃtātibhiratho ariṣṭatātibhiḥ dakṣaṃ te bhadramābhārṣaṃ parā yakṣmaṃ suvāmi te
May thy coming bring peace with benign powers, dispelling hostile mortals and diseases; may I bestow upon thee excellent, far-reaching health.

त्राय॑न्तामि॒ह दे॒वास्त्राय॑तां म॒रुतां॑ ग॒णः । त्राय॑न्तां॒ विश्वा॑ भू॒तानि॒ यथा॒यम॑र॒पा अस॑त्
trāyantāmiha devāstrāyatāṃ marutāṃ gaṇaḥ trāyantāṃ viśvā bhūtāni yathāyamarapā asat
May the Marut hosts protect here and there; may they protect all beings as though dispelling nonexistence.

आप॒ इद्वा उ॑ भेष॒जीरापो॑ अमीव॒चात॑नीः । आपः॒ सर्व॑स्य भेष॒जीस्तास्ते॑ कृण्वन्तु भेष॒जम्
āpa idvā u bheṣajīrāpo amīvacātanīḥ āpaḥ sarvasya bheṣajīstāste kṛṇvantu bheṣajam
Water, be ye this healing potion, waters like ointment, may they make remedies; may the waters, the complete healing of all, perform remedies for you.

हस्ता॑भ्यां॒ दश॑शाखाभ्यां जि॒ह्वा वा॒चः पु॑रोग॒वी । अ॒ना॒म॒यि॒त्नुभ्यां॑ त्वा॒ ताभ्यां॒ त्वोप॑ स्पृशामसि
hastābhyāṃ daśaśākhābhyāṃ jihvā vācaḥ purogavī anāmayitnubhyāṃ tvā tābhyāṃ tvopa spṛśāmasi
With hands and with ten branches, with the tongue and speech as the foremost, O Untouched One, I touch you with these and with those.
