प॒वित्रं॑ ते॒ वित॑तं ब्रह्मणस्पते प्र॒भुर्गात्रा॑णि॒ पर्ये॑षि वि॒श्वतः॑ । अत॑प्ततनू॒र्न तदा॒मो अ॑श्नुते शृ॒तास॒ इद्वह॑न्त॒स्तत्समा॑शत
pavitraṃ te vitataṃ brahmaṇaspate prabhurgātrāṇi paryeṣi viśvataḥ ataptatanūrna tadāmo aśnute śaṛtāsa idvahantastatsamāśata
Holy one, spread abroad, O Lord of vessels; you examine limbs everywhere. The unburnt body then does not grasp darkness; those who heard carry these words for many generations alike.

तपो॑ष्प॒वित्रं॒ वित॑तं दि॒वस्प॒दे शोच॑न्तो अस्य॒ तन्त॑वो॒ व्य॑स्थिरन् । अव॑न्त्यस्य पवी॒तार॑मा॒शवो॑ दि॒वस्पृ॒ष्ठमधि॑ तिष्ठन्ति॒ चेत॑सा
tapoṣpavitraṃ vitataṃ divaspade śocanto asya tantavo vyasthiran avantyasya pavītāramāśavo divaspṛṣṭhamadhi tiṣṭhanti cetasā
The ascetic-purified holy one spread in the radiant seat of heaven; its strands grieve, being established. Around that holy space the horses of the chariot stand, touching the sky with mind intent.

अरू॑रुचदु॒षसः॒ पृश्नि॑रग्रि॒य उ॒क्षा बि॑भर्ति॒ भुव॑नानि वाज॒युः । मा॒या॒विनो॑ ममिरे अस्य मा॒यया॑ नृ॒चक्ष॑सः पि॒तरो॒ गर्भ॒मा द॑धुः
arūrucaduṣasaḥ pṛśniragriya ukṣā bibharti bhuvanāni vājayuḥ māyāvino mamire asya māyayā nṛcakṣasaḥ pitaro garbhamā dadhuḥ
Vayu bore the earth, the criminal and the unclean, the shining fires uphold the worlds. Masters of illusion crafted this world's human-seeing eyes; the ancestors placed the womb within.

ग॒न्ध॒र्व इ॒त्था प॒दम॑स्य रक्षति॒ पाति॑ दे॒वानां॒ जनि॑मा॒न्यद्भु॑तः । गृ॒भ्णाति॑ रि॒पुं नि॒धया॑ नि॒धाप॑तिः सु॒कृत्त॑मा॒ मधु॑नो भ॒क्षमा॑शत
gandharva itthā padamasya rakṣati pāti devānāṃ janimānyadbhutaḥ gṛbhṇāti ripuṃ nidhayā nidhāpatiḥ sukṛttamā madhuno bhakṣamāśata
Thus the Gandharva guards his foot; he protects the gods' births from the mighty. The treasure-lord seizes an enemy and takes the hoard; the kindly one consumed the sweet as food.

ह॒विर्ह॑विष्मो॒ महि॒ सद्म॒ दैव्यं॒ नभो॒ वसा॑नः॒ परि॑ यास्यध्व॒रम् । राजा॑ प॒वित्र॑रथो॒ वाज॒मारु॑हः स॒हस्र॑भृष्टिर्जयसि॒ श्रवो॑ बृ॒हत्
havirhaviṣmo mahi sadma daivyaṃ nabho vasānaḥ pari yāsyadhvaram rājā pavitraratho vājamāruhaḥ sahasrabhṛṣṭirjayasi śravo bṛhat
The oblation, the mighty offering, the divine seat of heaven, the dwellings go about. The king, pure of chariot, mounted the sacred steed; a thousand-downpours, great fame, wide renown were won.
