असा॑वि॒ सोमो॑ अरु॒षो वृषा॒ हरी॒ राजे॑व द॒स्मो अ॒भि गा अ॑चिक्रदत् । पु॒ना॒नो वारं॒ पर्ये॑त्य॒व्ययं॑ श्ये॒नो न योनिं॑ घृ॒तव॑न्तमा॒सद॑म्
asāvi somo aruṣo vṛṣā harī rājeva dasmo abhi gā acikradat punāno vāraṃ paryetyavyayaṃ śyeno na yoniṃ ghṛtavantamāsadam
The invigorating Soma, unassailable, like a bull, came near the king with tenfold strength and sang to the cows. Returning again and again throughout the year, the falcon did not reach the womb of the ghee-endowed one who partook.

क॒विर्वे॑ध॒स्या पर्ये॑षि॒ माहि॑न॒मत्यो॒ न मृ॒ष्टो अ॒भि वाज॑मर्षसि । अ॒प॒सेध॑न्दुरि॒ता सो॑म मृळय घृ॒तं वसा॑नः॒ परि॑ यासि नि॒र्णिज॑म्
kavirvedhasyā paryeṣi māhinamatyo na mṛṣṭo abhi vājamarṣasi apasedhanduritā soma mṛḷaya ghṛtaṃ vasānaḥ pari yāsi nirṇijam
Poet, you have pierced the realm of the mighty; do not fail to invoke the prize. Bring forth the draughts, O bard, let Soma wash the clarified butter; the cow-herds surround it and bring the unfading clarified treasure.

प॒र्जन्यः॑ पि॒ता म॑हि॒षस्य॑ प॒र्णिनो॒ नाभा॑ पृथि॒व्या गि॒रिषु॒ क्षयं॑ दधे । स्वसा॑र॒ आपो॑ अ॒भि गा उ॒तास॑र॒न्सं ग्राव॑भिर्नसते वी॒ते अ॑ध्व॒रे
parjanyaḥ pitā mahiṣasya parṇino nābhā pṛthivyā giriṣu kṣayaṃ dadhe svasāra āpo abhi gā utāsaransaṃ grāvabhirnasate vīte adhvare
Rainfather spread forth the great hide of the buffalo, the sky like a belly, the earth like mountains; he caused decay among them. Waters, moving with their sisters, approached, the herds lowed; the dwellers pressed about the roadway.

जा॒येव॒ पत्या॒वधि॒ शेव॑ मंहसे॒ पज्रा॑या गर्भ शृणु॒हि ब्रवी॑मि ते । अ॒न्तर्वाणी॑षु॒ प्र च॑रा॒ सु जी॒वसे॑ऽनि॒न्द्यो वृ॒जने॑ सोम जागृहि
jāyeva patyāvadhi śeva maṃhase pajrāyā garbha śaṛṇuhi bravīmi te antarvāṇīṣu pra carā su jīvase'nindyo vṛjane soma jāgṛhi
O born one, hear what I say about the fertile womb and the end of husbands; I speak within inner voices. Live widely, unblemished; Soma, awaken in the herd, move in the milch herds.

यथा॒ पूर्वे॑भ्यः शत॒सा अमृ॑ध्रः सहस्र॒साः प॒र्यया॒ वाज॑मिन्दो । ए॒वा प॑वस्व सुवि॒ताय॒ नव्य॑से॒ तव॑ व्र॒तमन्वापः॑ सचन्ते
yathā pūrvebhyaḥ śatasā amṛdhraḥ sahasrasāḥ paryayā vājamindo evā pavasva suvitāya navyase tava vratamanvāpaḥ sacante
As previously by hundreds and by thousands the strong Indra circulated in his courses, so now, auspicious in your pure radiance, new are your rites; waters follow your vow accompanying you.
