इ॒मा उ॑ वां॒ दिवि॑ष्टय उ॒स्रा ह॑वन्ते अश्विना । अ॒यं वा॑म॒ह्वेऽव॑से शचीवसू॒ विशं॑विशं॒ हि गच्छ॑थः
imā u vāṃ diviṣṭaya usrā havante aśvinā ayaṃ vāmahve'vase śacīvasū viśaṃviśaṃ hi gacchathaḥ
These rays of yours shine in the heavens, O Ashvins. This invocation of praise indeed rests upon you—go you, O shining ones, in glory.

यु॒वं चि॒त्रं द॑दथु॒र्भोज॑नं नरा॒ चोदे॑थां सू॒नृता॑वते । अ॒र्वाग्रथं॒ सम॑नसा॒ नि य॑च्छतं॒ पिब॑तं सो॒म्यं मधु॑
yuvaṃ citraṃ dadathurbhojanaṃ narā codethāṃ sūnṛtāvate arvāgrathaṃ samanasā ni yacchataṃ pibataṃ somyaṃ madhu
Grant splendid portions of food, and rouse the men like the bearing of the songful ones. Offer the foremost sweets with a united mind; give to drink Soma, honeyed and delightful.

आ या॑त॒मुप॑ भूषतं॒ मध्वः॑ पिबतमश्विना । दु॒ग्धं पयो॑ वृषणा जेन्यावसू॒ मा नो॑ मर्धिष्ट॒मा ग॑तम्
ā yātamupa bhūṣataṃ madhvaḥ pibatamaśvinā dugdhaṃ payo vṛṣaṇā jenyāvasū mā no mardhiṣṭamā gatam
May the Ashvins drink the ornamented mead that has come, O Ashvins. May the bounteous bulls grant us milk and butter; do not crush that which has come to us with auspiciousness.

अश्वा॑सो॒ ये वा॒मुप॑ दा॒शुषो॑ गृ॒हं यु॒वां दीय॑न्ति॒ बिभ्र॑तः । म॒क्षू॒युभि॑र्नरा॒ हये॑भिरश्वि॒ना दे॑वा यातमस्म॒यू
aśvāso ye vāmupa dāśuṣo gṛhaṃ yuvāṃ dīyanti bibhrataḥ makṣūyubhirnarā hayebhiraśvinā devā yātamasmayū
Those who bring gifts to your homes, O Ashvins, bearing them within—these horses bear you who carry the offering. With their swift chariots and men and horses, O Ashvins, the gods come to us.

अधा॑ ह॒ यन्तो॑ अ॒श्विना॒ पृक्षः॑ सचन्त सू॒रयः॑ । ता यं॑सतो म॒घव॑द्भ्यो ध्रु॒वं यश॑श्छ॒र्दिर॒स्मभ्यं॒ नास॑त्या
adhā ha yanto aśvinā pṛkṣaḥ sacanta sūrayaḥ tā yaṃsato maghavadbhyo dhruvaṃ yaśaśchardirasmabhyaṃ nāsatyā
Below go the Ashvins forth, questioning, bright ones, like the champions. To those who are steadfast in truth and generous, may there be enduring fame—O never-untrue ones.

प्र ये य॒युर॑वृ॒कासो॒ रथा॑ इव नृपा॒तारो॒ जना॑नाम् । उ॒त स्वेन॒ शव॑सा शूशुवु॒र्नर॑ उ॒त क्षि॑यन्ति सुक्षि॒तिम्
pra ye yayuravṛkāso rathā iva nṛpātāro janānām uta svena śavasā śūśuvurnara uta kṣiyanti sukṣitim
Where the wolves went like chariots, kings’ slayers among peoples, there they hastened with their own carcass; men perish or their strength wanes, the well-struck fall away from the realm.
