पिबा॒ सोम॑मिन्द्र॒ मन्द॑तु त्वा॒ यं ते॑ सु॒षाव॑ हर्य॒श्वाद्रिः॑ । सो॒तुर्बा॒हुभ्यां॒ सुय॑तो॒ नार्वा॑
pibā somamindra mandatu tvā yaṃ te suṣāva haryaśvādriḥ soturbāhubhyāṃ suyato nārvā
Drink Soma, Indra; may the sparkling one strengthen you, the chariot-steed Haryashva. Let the divine stream flow to your arms, O endowed with prowess.

यस्ते॒ मदो॒ युज्य॒श्चारु॒रस्ति॒ येन॑ वृ॒त्राणि॑ हर्यश्व॒ हंसि॑ । स त्वामि॑न्द्र प्रभूवसो ममत्तु
yaste mado yujyaścārurasti yena vṛtrāṇi haryaśva haṃsi sa tvāmindra prabhūvaso mamattu
He who partakes of your pride and whose charming strength is yours — by him the Vritras are slain, Haryashva. He, O Indra, be lord over me and protect me.

बोधा॒ सु मे॑ मघव॒न्वाच॒मेमां यां ते॒ वसि॑ष्ठो॒ अर्च॑ति॒ प्रश॑स्तिम् । इ॒मा ब्रह्म॑ सध॒मादे॑ जुषस्व
bodhā su me maghavanvācamemāṃ yāṃ te vasiṣṭho arcati praśastim imā brahma sadhamāde juṣasva
Make me aware, O bounteous one, of that glory which Vasistha venerates and praises. May this mighty ritual bring forth the sacred truth; grant my wish from the holy rites.

श्रु॒धी हवं॑ विपिपा॒नस्याद्रे॒र्बोधा॒ विप्र॒स्यार्च॑तो मनी॒षाम् । कृ॒ष्वा दुवां॒स्यन्त॑मा॒ सचे॒मा
śrudhī havaṃ vipipānasyādrerbodhā viprasyārcato manīṣām kṛṣvā duvāṃsyantamā sacemā
Hear the oblation, the drinkers on the mountain; be awakened, seer, by the praise of the sage. Make fertile the twofold most excellent offerings for us together.

न ते॒ गिरो॒ अपि॑ मृष्ये तु॒रस्य॒ न सु॑ष्टु॒तिम॑सु॒र्य॑स्य वि॒द्वान् । सदा॑ ते॒ नाम॑ स्वयशो विवक्मि
na te giro api mṛṣye turasya na suṣṭutimasuryasya vidvān sadā te nāma svayaśo vivakmi
Not your voice, nor false flattering speech, O wise one of the sun, is untruthful. Always I recount your renown with my own might.

भूरि॒ हि ते॒ सव॑ना॒ मानु॑षेषु॒ भूरि॑ मनी॒षी ह॑वते॒ त्वामित् । मारे अ॒स्मन्म॑घव॒ञ्ज्योक्कः॑
bhūri hi te savanā mānuṣeṣu bhūri manīṣī havate tvāmit māre asmanmaghavañjyokkaḥ
Much indeed is your fame among men; much the thoughtful praise you, O giver. May the bounteous one send forth his brilliance for us.

तुभ्येदि॒मा सव॑ना शूर॒ विश्वा॒ तुभ्यं॒ ब्रह्मा॑णि॒ वर्ध॑ना कृणोमि । त्वं नृभि॒र्हव्यो॑ वि॒श्वधा॑सि
tubhyedimā savanā śūra viśvā tubhyaṃ brahmāṇi vardhanā kṛṇomi tvaṃ nṛbhirhavyo viśvadhāsi
To you I bestow these brave immolations, all that are universal; I make increasing the offerings, O Lord. You are worshipped among men; lord of the assemblies, accept our oblation.

नू चि॒न्नु ते॒ मन्य॑मानस्य द॒स्मोद॑श्नुवन्ति महि॒मान॑मुग्र । न वी॒र्य॑मिन्द्र ते॒ न राधः॑
nū cinnu te manyamānasya dasmodaśnuvanti mahimānamugra na vīryamindra te na rādhaḥ
Do not cut off, O Indra: your mighty ones eat from the thinking mind. There is no might of yours that is not heroic.

ये च॒ पूर्व॒ ऋष॑यो॒ ये च॒ नूत्ना॒ इन्द्र॒ ब्रह्मा॑णि ज॒नय॑न्त॒ विप्राः॑ । अ॒स्मे ते॑ सन्तु स॒ख्या शि॒वानि॑ यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
ye ca pūrva ṛṣayo ye ca nūtnā indra brahmāṇi janayanta viprāḥ asme te santu sakhyā śivāni yūyaṃ pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ
Those ancient seers and the newly born—Indra and Brahman created the priests (vipras). May they be friendly to us, auspicious and beneficial; may you protect us.
