प॒र्जन्या॑य॒ प्र गा॑यत दि॒वस्पु॒त्राय॑ मी॒ळ्हुषे॑ । स नो॒ यव॑समिच्छतु
parjanyāya pra gāyata divasputrāya mīḷhuṣe sa no yavasamicchatu
Progeny-giving, sing forth for the divine son; I have invoked the milking one. May he grant us strength in the barley fields.

यो गर्भ॒मोष॑धीनां॒ गवां॑ कृ॒णोत्यर्व॑ताम् । प॒र्जन्यः॑ पुरु॒षीणा॑म्
yo garbhamoṣadhīnāṃ gavāṃ kṛṇotyarvatām parjanyaḥ puruṣīṇām
He who is the womb of herbs, he who makes cows for the people, Progenitor among men is the rain-bringing lord.

तस्मा॒ इदा॒स्ये॑ ह॒विर्जु॒होता॒ मधु॑मत्तमम् । इळां॑ नः सं॒यतं॑ करत्
tasmā idāsye havirjuhotā madhumattamam iḷāṃ naḥ saṃyataṃ karat
Therefore offer this oblation to him, most sweet of offerings. Bind this Soma for us and make it firm.
