हृदि नारायणः साध्यो ह्यश्विनौ पूर्वपादयोः। वरुणश्चार्यमा चैव पश्चिमे तस्य सक्थिनी।।
hṛdi nārāyaṇaḥ sādhyo hyaśvinau pūrvapādayoḥ| varuṇaścāryamā caiva paścime tasya sakthinī||
Sūta said: If a sin is committed in the day, it is dispelled by seeing it (Dhruva) during the night.

एक एव भ्रमत्येष मेरुपर्वतमूर्द्धनि। ज्योतिषां चक्रमेतद्धि गदा कर्षन्नवाङ्मुखः। मेरुमालोकयत्येष पर्यन्ते हि प्रदक्षिणम।।
eka eva bhramatyeṣa meruparvatamūrddhani| jyotiṣāṃ cakrametaddhi gadā karṣannavāṅmukhaḥ| merumālokayatyeṣa paryante hi pradakṣiṇam||
Sūta said: On the top of the Meru Mountain, single-handed he whirls when he pulls them with face down. He observes Meru at the border and circumambulates it.
