Swift, golden of the waters, the burning, the brave one of the purifier, come with the sacred boon, and bring the gift. Purified Indra, leader of the mighty, do not come to us from the ocean empty-handed.
Pour forth a fountain of wealth distilling sweet juice, pour upon us male offspring and riches; flow sweet for Indra, O Indu, when purified; and pour riches upon us from the firmament.
Pour us a fount of meath, a spring of treasure; send us a hero son and happy fortune. Be sweet to India when they cleanse thee, Indu, and pour down riches on us from the ocean.
