भ॒द्रा वस्त्रा॑ सम॒न्या॒३॒॑ वसा॑नो म॒हान्क॒विर्नि॒वच॑नानि॒ शंस॑न् । आ व॑च्यस्व च॒म्वोः॑ पू॒यमा॑नो विचक्ष॒णो जागृ॑विर्दे॒ववी॑तौ
bhadrā vastrā samanyā3 vasāno mahānkavirnivacanāni śaṃsan ā vacyasva camvoḥ pūyamāno vicakṣaṇo jāgṛvirdevavītau
Blessed garments, common robes, great was the poet praising the chants. He addressed the chariot when purified: the clear‑seeing awakened one spoke in the godly abode.
The great wise Soma, clothed in his auspicious war-vestments, the inspirer of praises-- enter into the vessle when purified, you who are sagacious and vigilant at the banquet of the gods.
Robed in fair raiment meet to wear in battle, a mighty Sage pronouncing invocations. Roll onward to the beakers as they cleanse thee, far-seeing at the feast of Gods, and watchful.
