ए॒तानि॑ सोम॒ पव॑मानो अस्म॒युः स॒त्यानि॑ कृ॒ण्वन्द्रवि॑णान्यर्षसि । ज॒हि शत्रु॑मन्ति॒के दू॑र॒के च॒ य उ॒र्वीं गव्यू॑ति॒मभ॑यं च नस्कृधि
etāni soma pavamāno asmayuḥ satyāni kṛṇvandraviṇānyarṣasi jahi śatrumantike dūrake ca ya urvīṃ gavyūtimabhayaṃ ca naskṛdhi
These Somras, the purifying ones, made truth for us; they performed true rites, O seers. Strike down the hostile ones near and far; may they not harm our flowing herd and fearless prosperity.
Bestowing all these true riches, loving us you flow, Soma, purified; destroy our enemy whether he be far or nigh; grant us a free road and freedom from danger.
Soma, as Pavamana thou, our faithful Friend, making for us these real treasures, flowest on. Slay thou the enemy both near and,far away: grant us security and ample pasturage.
