य उ॒स्रिया॒ अप्या॑ अ॒न्तरश्म॑नो॒ निर्गा अकृ॑न्त॒दोज॑सा । अ॒भि व्र॒जं त॑त्निषे॒ गव्य॒मश्व्यं॑ व॒र्मीव॑ धृष्ण॒वा रु॑ज
ya usriyā apyā antaraśmano nirgā akṛntadojasā abhi vrajaṃ tatniṣe gavyamaśvyaṃ varmīva dhṛṣṇavā ruja
He who, like the Sun’s inner beam, has poured forth vitality and made the moisture productive; who drives forth the cow, the ox, the horse—may he, O Varuna, take it away with firmness.
You who by your might extricated from the rock the quick-moving kine abiding in the waters, you have spread out a pasturage for cattle and horses; like a mailed (warrior) slay (the asuras), brave (Soma).
He who from out the rocky cavern took with might the redmrefulgent watery Cows, Thou masterest the stable full of kine and steeds: burst it, brave Lord, like one in mail.
