सचा॒ सोमे॑षु पुरुहूत वज्रिवो॒ मदा॑य द्युक्ष सोमपाः । त्वमिद्धि ब्र॑ह्म॒कृते॒ काम्यं॒ वसु॒ देष्ठः॑ सुन्व॒ते भुवः॑
sacā someṣu puruhūta vajrivo madāya dyukṣa somapāḥ tvamiddhi brahmakṛte kāmyaṃ vasu deṣṭhaḥ sunvate bhuvaḥ
You, invoked in the Soma-offerings, the priestly Vṛṣṇi, famed among Soma-drinkers, accomplish the wished-for deed made by Brahmā; O Vasus, most excellent, you make the earth prosperous.
Bearer of the thunderbolt, invoked of many, radiant, drinker of the Soma, be present at our libations foryour exhilaration; for you are an abundant giver of desirable wealth to him who utters your praises and effusesthe Soma.
Down from the mountains Indra shot hither his well-directed shaft: He gained the ready brew of rice.
