Thus he bestowed food upon the needy by your skillful fathers. May we become older by the vigor of the Maruts.

Presenting our praise, and desiring protection, may we with you (O priests) be lords of food, to offersacrifice to (Indra) attended by the Maruts.

Steed, cow, a lord of heroes, bright like Indra, who shall fill the car. Whose high renown ye celebrate, and people praise each glorious deed.
