śataṃ dāse balbūthe viprastarukṣa ā dade te te vāyavime janā madantīndragopā madanti devagopāḥ
A hundred gifts of Dasa to Balbutha were given; the priests, the strong trees, gave them. They, the windy folk, glorify us—Indra‑keepers exult, the god‑keepers exult.
I, the sage, accep the hundred from the slave Balbūtha, the cowherd; we here are your, O Vāyu-those who have Indra and the gods for protectors rejoice (through your favour).
A hundred has the sage received, Dasa Balbutha's and Taruksa's gifts. These are thy people, Vayu, who rejoice with Indra for their guard, rejoice with Gods for guards.
