Thus indeed do the sacrificers invoke us as called—Indra, Agni, Soma for the feast.

I invoke you both, Indra and Agni, as the sages have invoked you, for your protection (and) to drink ofthe Soma.

Thus have I called you to our aid as sages called on you of old: Indra-Agni to the Soma draught!
