Indra, leader of gods, went forth to Indra’s harness; we offered Indra gifts; we called Indra to the foremost place, to enrich Indra’s wealth.
We invoke Indra for the worship of the gods, and when the sacrifice is proceeding; adoring him, we callupon Indra as the close of the rite; we invoke him for the acquisition of wealth.
Indra for worship of the Gods, Indra while sacrifice proceeds, Indra, as worshippers in battle-shock, we call, Indra that we may win the spoil.
