I saw the most excellent singer in whom vows were established; born to the noble, he nourished Agni and did not neglect our praise.

He, in whom they offer the sacrifices, has appeared-- he who knows all ways; our praises rise to Agni,auspiciously born, the helpeer of the Ārya.

IN offerings poured to you, O Indra-Varuna, these shares of yours stream forth to glorify your state. Ye haste to the libations at each sacrifice when ye assist the worshipper who sheds the juice.
