May a thousand brave ones roar for us — Varuṇa, Mitra, Agni — let the moons grant us a likeness to the radiant sun and fulfill our desire, O singers.
May Varuṇa, Mitra and Agni, the alleviators of pain, the observers of truth, bestow upon us thousands(of riches); may they, the givers of delight, grant us excellent (food); glorified by us, many they fulfil our desires.
May holy Agni, Varuna, and Mitra send down their riches upon us in thousands. May they, the Bright Ones, make our praise-song perfect, and, when we laud them, grant us all our wishes.
