तं नो॑ अग्ने म॒घव॑द्भ्यः पुरु॒क्षुं र॒यिं नि वाजं॒ श्रुत्यं॑ युवस्व । वैश्वा॑नर॒ महि॑ नः॒ शर्म॑ यच्छ रु॒द्रेभि॑रग्ने॒ वसु॑भिः स॒जोषाः॑
taṃ no agne maghavadbhyaḥ purukṣuṃ rayiṃ ni vājaṃ śrutyaṃ yuvasva vaiśvānara mahi naḥ śarma yaccha rudrebhiragne vasubhiḥ sajoṣāḥ
Grant us, Agni, from the bountiful ones a heroic man, a man endowed with wealth and praise; Viśvānara magnify our glorious portion that it may be joyous with Rudras, Agni, and the Vasus.
Bestow upon us who are affluent (in offerings), Agni, ample riches and renowned strength; associatedwith the Rudras, with the Vasus, grant us, Agni Vaiśvānara, infinite happiness.
Agni, bestow upon our chiefs and nobles that famous power, that wealth which feedeth many. Accordant with the Vasus and the Rudras, Agni, Vaisvanara, give us sure protection.
