शं नो॒ भगः॒ शमु॑ नः॒ शंसो॑ अस्तु॒ शं नः॒ पुरं॑धिः॒ शमु॑ सन्तु॒ रायः॑ । शं नः॑ स॒त्यस्य॑ सु॒यम॑स्य॒ शंसः॒ शं नो॑ अर्य॒मा पु॑रुजा॒तो अ॑स्तु
śaṃ no bhagaḥ śamu naḥ śaṃso astu śaṃ naḥ puraṃdhiḥ śamu santu rāyaḥ śaṃ naḥ satyasya suyamasya śaṃsaḥ śaṃ no aryamā purujāto astu
May the gods be auspicious to us; may peace come to us; may the law be auspicious; may the rulers be peaceful; may the truth and prosperity be auspicious; may Aryaman, born of many, be with us.
May Bhaga (promote) our happiness; may Śaṃsa be our happiness; may Purandhi be (with us for) ourhappiness; may riches be (a source of) happiness; may the benediction of the true and virtuous yield ushappiness; may the variously-manifested Aryaman be (with us) for our felicity.
Auspicious Friends to us be Bhaga, Sathsa, auspicious be Purandhi aid all Riches; The blessing of the true and well-conducted, and Aryaman in many forms apparent.
