शं नो॑ अ॒ज एक॑पाद्दे॒वो अ॑स्तु॒ शं नोऽहि॑र्बु॒ध्न्य१॒ः॑ शं स॑मु॒द्रः । शं नो॑ अ॒पां नपा॑त्पे॒रुर॑स्तु॒ शं नः॒ पृश्नि॑र्भवतु दे॒वगो॑पा
śaṃ no aja ekapāddevo astu śaṃ no'hirbudhnya1ḥ śaṃ samudraḥ śaṃ no apāṃ napātperurastu śaṃ naḥ pṛśnirbhavatu devagopā
May the one-footed goat-god be with us; may the waters bind and keep us; may the sea be propitious; may Pṛśni be our cattle-guardian.
May the divine Aja-Ekapād be (favourable to) our happiness; may Ahirbudhnya, may the firmament, be(promotive of) our happiness; may the grandson of the waters, the protector, be (the securer of) our felicity; mayPṛśni, of whom the gods are the guardians, be to us (a granter of) happiness.
May Aja-Ekapad, the God, be gracious, gracious the Dragon of the Deep, and Ocean. Gracious be he the swelling Child of Waters, gracious be Prsni who hath Gods to guard her.
