ए॒वा तमा॑हुरु॒त शृ॑ण्व॒ इन्द्र॒ एको॑ विभ॒क्ता त॒रणि॑र्म॒घाना॑म् । मि॒थ॒स्तुर॑ ऊ॒तयो॒ यस्य॑ पू॒र्वीर॒स्मे भ॒द्राणि॑ सश्चत प्रि॒याणि॑
evā tamāhuruta śaṛṇva indra eko vibhaktā taraṇirmaghānām mithastura ūtayo yasya pūrvīrasme bhadrāṇi saścata priyāṇi
Thus they spoke: listen, Indra, who alone cleaves the flood of enemies like a ford through the foam. May the heroic ones of old, who are friendly to us, bestow auspicious and beloved things.
Such have they proclaimed him; Indra is still celebrated as the distributor of riches, the transporter(beyond calamity), of whom many and emulous are the protections; may acceptable benefits attend us.
Even thus have they declared him. Famed is Indra as Conqueror, sole distributer of treasures; Whose many succours come in close succession. May dear delightful benefits attend us.
