Grant you a hundred swift new steeds, O generous one, thousands of praises and night’s protection. Slay the foe, grant us heavenly treasure and gems for our mortal company.
May hundreds of your protections, handsome-chinned, be (secured) to the liberal donor (of oblations);may thousands of blessing be bestowed (upon me) as well as wealth; cast the fatal weapon on the mischievousmortal; grant us food and wealth.
God of the fair helm, give Sudas a hundred succours, a thousand blessings, and thy bounty. Strike down the weapon of our mortal foeman: bestow upon us splendid fame and riches.
