When the priests bring fuel for thy rites, O Agni, with Indra's praises and the gods as charioteers, may the oblation not cease till dawn; may the gods, O svāhā, imbibe immortality and make us glad.
Agni, kindled (into flame), come to our presence in the same chariot with Indra, and with the swiftmoving gods; may Aditi, the mother of excellent sons, sit down on the sacred grass, and may the immortal godsbe satisfied with the reverentially-offered oblation.
Come thou to us, O Agni, duly kindled, together with the potent Gods and Indra. On this our grass sit Aditi, happy Mother, and let our Hail! delight the Gods Immortal.
