अद॑ब्धेभिः सवितः पा॒युभि॒ष्ट्वं शि॒वेभि॑र॒द्य परि॑ पाहि नो॒ गय॑म् । हिर॑ण्यजिह्वः सुवि॒ताय॒ नव्य॑से॒ रक्षा॒ माकि॑र्नो अ॒घशं॑स ईशत
adabdhebhiḥ savitaḥ pāyubhiṣṭvaṃ śivebhiradya pari pāhi no gayam hiraṇyajihvaḥ suvitāya navyase rakṣā mākirno aghaśaṃsa īśata
By the unsoiled waters of Savitṛ fulfill what is wished, protect our cattle with auspicious ones. Hiranyajihva for Savitṛ newly arose; ward off the sinful one; favorably direct the sacrifice towards what is blameless.
Do you, Savitā, posper today our dwelling with uninjurable protections, confirming happiness; do you, who are golden-tongued, (be vigilant) for our present prosperity; protect us; let not any calumniator have power (to harm) us.
Protect our habitation, Savitar, this day, with guardian aids around, auspicious, firm and true. God of the golden tongue, keep us for newest bliss: let not the evil-wisher have us in his power.
