ता हि क्ष॒त्रं धा॒रये॑थे॒ अनु॒ द्यून्दृं॒हेथे॒ सानु॑मुप॒मादि॑व॒ द्योः । दृ॒ळ्हो नक्ष॑त्र उ॒त वि॒श्वदे॑वो॒ भूमि॒माता॒न्द्यां धा॒सिना॒योः
tā hi kṣatraṃ dhārayethe anu dyūndṛṃhethe sānumupamādiva dyoḥ dṛḷho nakṣatra uta viśvadevo bhūmimātāndyāṃ dhāsināyoḥ
They uphold the realm, they bring forth the heavens like a sky-born host. The firm stars and the all-gods sustain the earth-mother and the realms of the two hemispheres.
You manifest vigour daily, you strengthen the summit of the sky as if with a pillar; the solid firmamen and the universal deity (the sun) replenish earth and heaven with the food of man.
So, through the days maintaining princely power. ye prop the height as 'twere from loftiest heaven. The Star of all the Gods, established, filleth the heaven and earth with food of man who liveth.
