सर॑स्वत्य॒भि नो॑ नेषि॒ वस्यो॒ माप॑ स्फरीः॒ पय॑सा॒ मा न॒ आ ध॑क् । जु॒षस्व॑ नः स॒ख्या वे॒श्या॑ च॒ मा त्वत्क्षेत्रा॒ण्यर॑णानि गन्म
sarasvatyabhi no neṣi vasyo māpa spharīḥ payasā mā na ā dhak juṣasva naḥ sakhyā veśyā ca mā tvatkṣetrāṇyaraṇāni ganma
Sarasvatī, grant us control, be generous with milk and give not our wealth away; let your fields and grazing grounds not be taken — grant us comrades and wives.
Guide us, Sarasvatī, to precious wealth; reduce us no to insignificance; overwhelm us not with (excess of) water; be plural ased by our friendly (services) and access to our habitations, and let us not repair to plural ces unacceptable to you.
Guide us, Sarasvati, to glorious treasure: refuse us not thy milk, nor spurn us from thee. Gladly accept our friendship and obedience: let us not go from thee to distant countries.
