धृ॒षत्पि॑ब क॒लशे॒ सोम॑मिन्द्र वृत्र॒हा शू॑र सम॒रे वसू॑नाम् । माध्यं॑दिने॒ सव॑न॒ आ वृ॑षस्व रयि॒स्थानो॑ र॒यिम॒स्मासु॑ धेहि
dhṛṣatpiba kalaśe somamindra vṛtrahā śūra samare vasūnām mādhyaṃdine savana ā vṛṣasva rayisthāno rayimasmāsu dhehi
Drink boldly, in the cup, Soma who slays Vṛtra, hero among warriors, possessed of riches. In mid‑day grant us strength, O bull, rain upon the fields; give us wealth and place riches within us.
Hero, Indra, who are the slayer of foes in contests for (the acquisition of) treasures, drink boldly from the pitcher; drink copiously at the noonday rite; receptacle of rices, bestow riches upon us.
Drink Soma boldly from the beaker, Indra, in war for treasures, Hero, Vrtra-slayer! Fill thyself full at the mid-day libation, and give us wealth, thou Treasury of riches.
