Lead the foremost swift, the universal chariot, O mighty Indra; may the victorious steeds carry you. Fame and glory invoke you today, O lord, may the assembly of the gods grant steadfastness to you.
Fierce Indra, let your harnessed steeds bring down your all-desired chariot; your devoted adorer verily invokes you; may we today, partaking of your exhilaration, increase today (in prosperity).
LET thy Bay Horses, yoked, O mighty Indra, bring thy car hither fraught with every blessing. For thee, the Heavenly, e'en the poor invoketh: may we this day, thy feast-companions, prosper.
