प्र तत्ते॑ अ॒द्या कर॑णं कृ॒तं भू॒त्कुत्सं॒ यदा॒युम॑तिथि॒ग्वम॑स्मै । पु॒रू स॒हस्रा॒ नि शि॑शा अ॒भि क्षामुत्तूर्व॑याणं धृष॒ता नि॑नेथ
pra tatte adyā karaṇaṃ kṛtaṃ bhūtkutsaṃ yadāyumatithigvamasmai purū sahasrā ni śiśā abhi kṣāmuttūrvayāṇaṃ dhṛṣatā ninetha
Hence today your deed was made, O glorious one, the reproach of the being was struck when the guest came to us. A thousand warriors pressed forward; they rose up, bearing the tribesman, firmly set, they placed him down.
That exploit is celebrated in the present day (which you have) achieved for Kutsa, for Āyu, for Atithigvave; to him you have given many thousands (of riches), and you have quickly elevated Turvayāṇa over the earth by your power.
This day the deed that thou hast done is famous, when thou, for him, with many thousand others Laidest low Kutsa, Ayu, Atithigva, and boldly didst deliver Turvayana.
