तं नो॑ अग्ने अ॒भी नरो॑ र॒यिं स॑हस्व॒ आ भ॑र । स क्षे॑पय॒त्स पो॑षय॒द्भुव॒द्वाज॑स्य सा॒तय॑ उ॒तैधि॑ पृ॒त्सु नो॑ वृ॒धे
taṃ no agne abhī naro rayiṃ sahasva ā bhara sa kṣepayatsa poṣayadbhuvadvājasya sātaya utaidhi pṛtsu no vṛdhe
O Agni, come bear this cattle-reward with us; let him cast forth, nourish the wealth of Bhuvadwaja, protect our herds, and increase us in the shelters.
Powerful Agni, bestow upon us the instrumental tutors (of pious rites), that wealth (which we desire); may he discomfit (our foes); may he cherish us; may he ever ready to bestow upon us food; and do you, Agni, be present in battles for our succesṣ
O Agni, to our heroes bring such riches, thou victorious God. May he protect and nourish us, and help in aining strength: be thou near us in 6rht for our success.
