As you think in your heart, so did those hostile ones proceed toward me; they went to the place of sacrifice not hostile, growing like the terrible ones.

In whatever manner you honour the (Maruts, Agni) in your heart, may they come to me as benefactors; gratify, (by oblations), those fierce-looking Maruts, who most promptly come to your invocations.
